I graduated from St Pauls College in 2019 and completed my real estate surveying degree with Upper-Second Class Honors at University of Reading in the UK in 2022. Currently working as a property valuer who specialises in property valuation in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. My expertise is covered but not limited to the field of economics, finance and business. I am capable of teaching all subjects to primary school students. Also, based on my language background obtained from St Paul’s College and UK university, providing English Oral training is my another spotlight. My past teaching experience mostly concentrated on tertiary education. I was a part-time private tutor of valuation and real estate economics while I was pursuing my bachelor degree. One of the remarkable students just finished her MSc in Real Estate from University College London (UCL) under my guidance. Simultaneously, I was a mentor who provided private tutorial services for year 1 and 2 students with identical or similar fields of majors. Thereby, I strongly believe that my teaching experience can guide students on a right track and assist in developing their mindset. Furthermore, I am delighted to provide guidance or assistance via Whatsapp messages after the lesson time. Thus, it ensures that students can alleviate their stress and address academic issues efficiently.
