Hello, My name is Tsang Wai Yan (Waiyan), and Im 19 years old this year. Im graduated in associate degree in health science at Hong Kong Baptist university of international college and I will studying bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chinese Medicinal Pharmacy in THEI. Actually, I studied business as THS and economics in high school, hence I have a relative knowledge of customer service. I consider that I am fitting in the position owing to my part-time work experience and personality. I am a careful, polite, and responsible person. When I was 15. I started to touch the service industry such as Japanese restaurants waiter and tutor, promoters and sales. I can handle accidents. My aim is to make my customers feel comfortable. Afterward, I will follow the rules and Punctuality. Moreover, I have basic communication skills; I can speak with my client naturally. Furthermore, my personality is active and positive, I will have full enthusiasm for this position when I am doing it. I will observe the client carefully.
