In my senior years, I have discovered that I have been fascinated by mathematics
and I am eager to delve deeper into this field through rigorous academic study.
Pursuing a degree in the university aligns perfectly with my life-long career goals
of accountant. Being an accountant requires an analytical mind, data
manipulation skills and caution.
I aim to make a positive impact by leveraging the knowledge from mathematics
to contribute meaningfully to the financial aspect. My goal is to calculate and
verify the total income and outcome conducted by the company precisely since
there are less than three accountants in each company. There are inadequate
accountants in Hong Kong. I am determined to become an accountant.
Furthermore, I want to enrich my talent in mathematics.
Throughout my senior years, I have actively participated in Disney Working
Experience Workshop which have not only honed my problem-solving skills but
have also inspired me to pursue higher education in mathematics. One of the
parts at the workshop took us to the accounting department of a hotel. My
achievements in school demonstrate my dedication and commitment to my
academic pursuits. In addition, engaging in extracurricular activities honed my
leadership skills. Serving as the Internal Vice President of the school union taught
me coordination, collaboration and responsibility, shaping my readiness for
future academic challenger.
Reflecting on my time in my senior years, I appreciate the experiences that have
shaped my academic journey. From class discussions to projects, my senior years
have deepened my love for learning.
My academic journey at Kau Yan College has been marked by consistent
excellence in coursework and examinations. Maintaining a strong academic
result and actively participating in challenging academic projects have been
central to my academic performance and commitment to learn.
Throughout my senior years, I have consistently excelled in various subjects,
earning recognition for my performance in mathematics. Achieving top 10 in
mathematics compulsory part and mathematics extended part (module 2)
reflects my dedication to academic excellence and my passion for intellectual
growth.
Reflecting on my academic trajectory, I have not only maintained high academic
standards, but also demonstrated significant growth in critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. Embracing academic challenges and seek out
opportunities to expand my knowledge have been pivotal in shaping my
academic performance and preparing me for the rigor of higher education.
